Who Operates SoloFury: SoloFury is a personal project by Rolando, an operator based in Europe, and has been online since January 2026. The pool runs on servers in 9 regions worldwide, including the United States, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America.
Service Nature: SoloFury is technical infrastructure for solo mining: Stratum servers, block templates and statistics. It is not a wallet, an exchange, a custodian or a payment service. No registration is required to mine and no account exists; SoloFury does not ask for names or identity documents. It processes only the data needed to run the service, such as the wallet address, the workers and the IP address of a connecting miner, plus the data of the optional Telegram bot and Fleet program; this data is not sold. No Custody of Funds: SoloFury does not hold, manage or distribute rewards. All block rewards are paid by the blockchain protocol itself, in the coinbase transaction, directly to the wallet address configured by the user in their mining software; SoloFury's 1% fee is a separate output of the same transaction. On eCash (XEC) the protocol assigns part of every block to staking rewards and to a fund: the miner's output is 58% of the block, minus the 1% fee on that share (about 57.4% of the block). There are no balances, no withdrawals and no minimum payout in solo mining; in Fleet Group a member's part below 5,000 sat stays in the fee output. The only exception is described in §4 of the Fleet terms: a Fleet Split block found with the credentials of an agreement not yet confirmed, or of an agreement while its dissolution is in progress (until it is completed on all servers), which SoloFury forwards to the parties within 7 days of maturity. In Fleet Pool, the PPLNS service for datacenters, a part below 5,000 sat becomes a credit of the client, paid in a following block: credits and debits are a count between the clients' coinbase outputs, and SoloFury neither receives nor holds bitcoin (Fleet terms, §14).
Limitation of Liability: Users are solely responsible for the correctness of the stratum parameters and wallet addresses used. The service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, SoloFury is not liable for lost rewards due to misconfiguration, network latency or server downtime, for events outside its control, or for indirect damages, lost earnings or electricity, hosting and hardware costs.
Hardware Risk: Users acknowledge that mining is an intensive activity. To the extent permitted by law, SoloFury is not responsible for any hardware failure or damage resulting from the connection to its infrastructure.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance: Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. SoloFury does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
No Guarantees: Solo mining involves inherent risks. Finding a block is probabilistic and not guaranteed. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
Regulatory Position: Apart from the Fleet Split exception above (in Fleet Pool SoloFury neither receives nor holds bitcoin: credits and debits are a count between the clients' coinbase outputs), SoloFury does not hold, transfer, exchange or administer crypto-assets on behalf of anyone; it therefore provides none of the crypto-asset services listed in Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) and is not authorised as a crypto-asset service provider. For users in the United States, FinCEN's 2019 guidance (section 5.4) treats a non-custodial pool operator that does not host wallets as outside the definition of money transmitter. These statements describe how the service is built; they are not legal advice, and users remain responsible for the rules that apply to them.
Acceptance: Use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms, including the user obligations on the Legal page: legal age, mining in compliance with local law, real hardware without fake shares or attacks, correct addresses under your control.
