Fleet Split — Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · 20 October 2026

Translations are provided for convenience; in case of differences the Italian text prevails.

1. The parties

SoloFury is the solo mining pool at solofury.com.

Manager is whoever offers the Fleet service to their own clients (hosting, farm, reseller). SoloFury registers the manager and assigns a public page /fleet/«name»/ and a private console.

Client is the owner of the machines connected to a Fleet agreement.

The commercial agreement between manager and client (share, duration, terms) concerns them only. SoloFury is not a party to it, does not suggest it and does not negotiate it: it applies in the coinbase the share both have confirmed by signature.

2. Non-custodial payout

Each agreement is a “party” of the pool’s Blockparty software. When a machine connected to the agreement finds a block, the coinbase transaction of that block already contains three outputs: 1% to SoloFury, the manager’s share, the rest to the client.

Bitcoin are created directly at the parties’ addresses. SoloFury does not receive, hold or transfer funds of the manager or the client: there are no balances, withdrawals or deferred payments.

SoloFury’s fee is a fixed 1%, the same for everyone and not negotiable.

The block’s network fees are part of the reward and are split in the same proportions.

The client can verify the split at any time from their panel (“verify the coinbase”), which reads the real template of the next block from the pool.

3. Shares

Apart from SoloFury’s 1%, the shares are set freely between manager and client (minimum 1% per output, total 100%: software limits).

The share is fixed when the agreement is created and confirmed by both with a signature from their own wallet, which proves ownership of the address. No private key passes through SoloFury.

After activation the share cannot be changed. To change it, the agreement is dissolved and a new one is created (§7).

4. Creation and activation

The manager enters the console by signing a message with the access address registered by SoloFury. For each client the manager uses a different address of their own wallet, never used in other agreements, and signs with it: that address receives the manager’s share and becomes the machines’ username.

The client receives from the manager an invitation link, valid for 24 hours and usable once. On the link the client enters their payout address, signs the message with their own wallet and accepts these terms and the split shown. From that moment the agreement is confirmed.

The agreement is copied to all pool servers (currently four: Atlanta, Frankfurt, Tokyo, São Paulo) and is active only when present on all of them.

Connection credentials appear in the console only once the agreement is active on all servers. Until then the manager’s address must not be used for mining: by a safety rule of the software, a block found with an agreement not yet confirmed by the client would be paid entirely to the pool fee address, so that the manager cannot collect before the client’s confirmation. The system is built so that this case does not occur; if it did anyway, the parties contact SoloFury and the case is examined with them.

The manager can withdraw an invitation not yet used; the corresponding agreement is dissolved.

5. Blocks

Found: the pool has sent the block to the network. Manager and client see it on their pages and, if subscribed, receive the Telegram alert within seconds.

Mature: after 100 confirmations (about 17 hours) the coinbase bitcoin are spendable. This is a Bitcoin rule, not SoloFury’s.

Orphan: if the network chooses another block at the same height, the block is worth nothing. Nobody receives anything and nobody owes anything to anyone: neither SoloFury, nor the manager, nor the client.

Amounts shown on pages, in alerts and in reports are read from the real on-chain coinbase; in case of difference the blockchain prevails.

6. Mining

Bitcoin (BTC) only, SHA-256 algorithm.

Accepted addresses: bech32 bc1q… and bc1p… from a wallet that can sign messages (Sparrow, Ledger via Sparrow, Electrum, Bitcoin Core). Exchange deposit addresses are not allowed. Addresses 1… and 3… will be accepted with an upcoming software update.

This is solo mining: a block may come tomorrow, in years, or never. No return is guaranteed. The estimates shown (expected blocks, probability) are statistical averages computed on the current difficulty.

The split applies only to machines connected with the agreement’s username. A machine connected with another username mines in normal solo mode and is not covered by the agreement.

Failover between regions keeps the split, because the agreement is on all servers.

7. Dissolution

Dissolution can be requested by the manager, from the console or by writing to SoloFury; the client is informed. A client who wants to leave asks the manager and disconnects the machines.

Dissolution takes effect when the agreement receives no shares for 7 days on all servers (software rule). Until then a block found with those credentials pays according to the agreement.

There are no penalties and no minimum duration on SoloFury’s side.

8. Availability and outages

SoloFury does its best to keep the service running (four regions, failover, monitoring) but does not guarantee continuity. During an outage no mining takes place: there are no refunds or compensations.

Software updates that may interrupt the service are announced with 7 days’ notice (pages, Telegram, email), except security emergencies, which are done immediately and communicated afterwards.

SoloFury may suspend an agreement or an access in case of abuse (attacks, mass invalid shares, unlawful use).

If SoloFury were to close the Fleet service, it will announce it with 30 days’ notice. Blocks already found are already in the parties’ wallets: there are no balances to return.

9. Data

SoloFury processes: the parties’ Bitcoin addresses, labels and shares of the agreements, the manager’s name and logo, technical mining data (hashrate, workers, shares, connection IP addresses), Telegram chats linked to the bot, console sessions. On public pages client addresses are masked.

Message signatures serve only to prove ownership of the address and do not allow spending funds.

For everything else the solofury.com privacy notice applies.

10. Liability

SoloFury is responsible for the correct insertion in the coinbase of the shares confirmed by the parties.

It is not responsible for: absence of blocks, orphan blocks, outages, errors in the addresses provided by the parties, loss of wallet keys, commercial agreements between manager and client, the parties’ tax obligations.

Everyone is responsible for their own taxes on the bitcoin received.

11. Changes and governing law

These terms may change with 7 days’ notice. The shares of active agreements never change without a new agreement signed by both parties.
