SoloFury · Technical mining infrastructure · Operated from Italy · Servers in 9 regions · No custody, no accounts, no personal data collected

Who operates SoloFury

SoloFury is operated by Roland, an individual operator based in Rome, Italy. The service has been online since January 2026. The pool infrastructure runs on servers in 9 regions worldwide, including the United States, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America.

Service nature

SoloFury is technical infrastructure for solo mining: it provides Stratum servers, block templates and statistics. It is not a wallet, an exchange, a custodian or a payment service.

No custody of funds

SoloFury never holds, manages or distributes rewards. When a miner finds a block, the block reward is paid by the blockchain protocol itself, in the coinbase transaction, directly to the wallet address the miner configured in their mining software. SoloFury's 1% fee is a separate output of the same transaction. There are no balances, no withdrawals and no minimum payout.

No accounts, no personal data

No registration is required and no account exists. SoloFury does not collect names, email addresses or identity documents. Technical connection data needed to operate the service, such as the IP address of a connecting miner, is processed only to run and secure the service, is not linked to any identity, and is not sold or shared.

Regulatory position

Because SoloFury does not hold, transfer, exchange or administer crypto-assets on behalf of anyone, it does not provide any of the crypto-asset services listed in Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) and is not authorised as a crypto-asset service provider. For users in the United States, FinCEN's 2019 guidance (section 5.4) treats a non-custodial pool operator that does not host wallets as outside the definition of money transmitter. These statements describe how the service is built; they are not legal advice, and users remain responsible for the rules that apply to them.

User responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the correctness of the Stratum parameters and wallet addresses they configure. SoloFury cannot recover or redirect rewards sent to a wrong or lost address, and is not liable for rewards lost due to misconfiguration, network latency, orphaned blocks or server downtime.

Hardware risk

Mining is an intensive activity. SoloFury is not responsible for hardware failure or damage resulting from connection to its infrastructure.

Tax compliance

Users are solely responsible for tax and regulatory compliance in their own jurisdiction. SoloFury does not provide financial, legal or tax advice.

No guarantees

Solo mining is probabilistic. Finding a block is never guaranteed, and past results do not predict future ones. Expected times are statistical averages, not schedules.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
