Fleet Split: Guide for Hosted Miners
Your hosting manager invited you to connect your machines to SoloFury with a Fleet Split agreement. This guide shows what happens at every step, what you sign and why, what you receive and how to verify each payout on the blockchain.
Your hosting manager invites you to connect your machines to SoloFury with a Fleet Split agreement. When your machines find a Bitcoin block, your part is created directly in your wallet, inside the block’s own transaction. We take a fixed 1%, your manager takes the quota you see before signing, and the rest is yours.
Solo mining is a lottery with known odds: a block can come tomorrow, in years, or never. Before you sign, the invitation shows the probability calculated on your hashrate.
You need a bc1q… or bc1p… address from a wallet you control, and 5 minutes to sign a message. A signature proves that the address is yours; it contains no amount, no recipient and no transaction.
After signing you get a PDF receipt, a page with your machines and your blocks, and Telegram alerts if you want them.
Version 2.0 · 23 October 2026 · Bitcoin (BTC). Your manager may have sent you this page together with the invitation link.
Key takeaways
- Your bitcoin arrive in your wallet, in the coinbase of the block your machines find. There is no balance to withdraw and no minimum payout.
- You confirm the agreement with one signature from your wallet. Check that the message has 5 lines and contains your address.
- The split is fixed: 1% to SoloFury, your manager’s quota, the rest to you. It is written in the receipt and in every block.
- Your page shows your machines, the odds, your blocks and a button to check the payout of the next block.
- Every payout can be checked on a public block explorer, with the txid and your output number.
Fleet in one minute
SoloFury Fleet has three modes. Your invitation is for Fleet Split; the rest of this page is about Fleet Split only.
| Mode | How a block is paid | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Fleet Split | A block found by your machines pays your part of that whole block to you | Live |
| Fleet Group | Every block found by the group is divided among all its clients | In preparation |
| Fleet Pool | Every block of a datacenter is divided among its clients by recent work | In preparation |
What you need
- A Bitcoin address starting with
bc1qorbc1p, from a wallet you control. This address receives your part of every block. - A wallet that signs messages: Sparrow, Electrum, BlueWallet, Trezor Suite, or a Ledger connected to Sparrow or Electrum.
- The invitation link from your manager. It is valid for 24 hours and works once.
An exchange deposit address cannot sign messages, so it cannot be used in a Fleet agreement. Use an address of your own wallet.
The invitation, step by step
The invitation page is on solofury.com/fleet/join/…. Check the domain before you continue.
1. Read the invitation
The page shows your manager’s name and logo, the label of your agreement and the payout split. The split lists pool fee 1%, manager and client (you), with the amount per block on the 3.125 BTC subsidy. It also shows until when the link is valid.
2. Read “What to expect”
The box shows the odds for your hashrate, in this order:
- The probability of at least one block in 12 months, and in 30 days.
- The average time between blocks, with the note “it may come tomorrow or never”.
- Your part if a block comes, in BTC, plus network fees.
- The expected value per year, in grey: an average over many years, not an income.
Before your machines connect, the numbers use the hashrate your manager declared. You can type another value to see other numbers. Below the box you find the formula and the network difficulty with its date.
3. Enter your payout address
Paste your bc1q… or bc1p… address and press Continue. The page shows a message of 5 lines to sign, with Copy and a QR code.
4. Check the message
The message looks like this. The address and the numbers change for every request; this example uses a public test address.
Blitzpool address-ownership verification
Address: bc1qw508d6qejxtdg4y5r3zarvary0c5xw7kv8f3t4
Nonce: q3VhZl0tK1p8sW2mYx4bNA
Issued(ms): 1792764191000
Expires(ms): 1792765091000
| Line | What it means |
|---|---|
| First line | Fixed header of the pool software: you are proving that you own the address |
| Address | Your payout address. It must be identical to the one you entered; the page marks it green when it matches |
| Nonce | A random code for this request only, so the signature cannot be reused elsewhere |
| Issued(ms) | The time the message was created, in milliseconds; the page shows it as a date |
| Expires(ms) | 15 minutes later. After that, press New message |
Sign only a message with these 5 lines and your own address. Stop and write to your manager if a message asks you for any of the following:
- amounts, another address, a transaction ID or the words “transfer”, “spend” or “approve”;
- a transaction or a PSBT to sign, instead of a text message;
- your seed words or a private key;
- a message sent by chat or email, instead of the one shown on solofury.com.
5. Sign with your wallet
Open the “Sign message” tool of your wallet, choose the same address, paste the message exactly as copied and sign. The wallet returns a signature: one line of text, often ending with ”=”.
| Wallet | Where to sign |
|---|---|
| Sparrow (computer; also with Ledger, Trezor, Coldcard, BitBox, Jade) | Tools → Sign/Verify Message → choose the address → paste → Sign → copy the signature |
| Electrum (computer) | Addresses tab → right-click the address → Sign/verify message → paste → Sign → copy |
| Electrum (Android) | Addresses → tap the address → Sign/Verify → paste → Sign → copy |
| BlueWallet (Android, iPhone) | Open the wallet → ⋯ → Addresses → tap the address → Sign/Verify → paste → Sign → copy |
| Trezor Suite | Account → ⋯ → Sign & Verify → choose the address → paste → Sign, confirm on the Trezor → copy |
| Ledger | Ledger Live cannot sign messages: connect the Ledger, with the Bitcoin app open, to Sparrow or Electrum and sign there |
We tested Ledger via Sparrow in October 2026; the other rows follow each wallet’s documentation. A bc1p (Taproot) address needs a BIP-322 signature; today Sparrow with a software wallet produces it. Bitcoin Core signs only addresses starting with 1, so it cannot sign for bc1q or bc1p.
6. Confirm
- Paste the signature.
- Tick “I understand that solo mining may pay me nothing: no amount is guaranteed.”
- Tick the box that confirms the payout split and accepts the Fleet Split terms.
- Press Confirm and activate.
7. Agreement active
The page says Agreement active. The pool copies the agreement to every Fleet server in about a minute. Three buttons appear:
- Download the receipt (PDF).
- Open my page: bookmark it.
- Activate Telegram alerts, without a new signature.
Keep the invitation link: it lets you download the receipt again at any time.
If the signature is refused
| Message on the page | Cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The signature is not valid | Different address in the wallet, or the message changed while copying | Choose the same address; copy the message with the Copy button; paste the whole signature |
| The message has expired | More than 15 minutes passed | Press New message and sign again |
| Already in another Fleet agreement | The address is used in another agreement | Use a different address of your wallet |
| That is the manager’s address | You entered the manager’s address | Enter your own payout address |
| Too many requests | Several attempts in one minute | Wait for the countdown; the page retries |
Your receipt
The PDF receipt records the agreement in one or two pages. Keep it with your documents.
- Your manager’s name and logo, the agreement number and label.
- The split: SoloFury 1%, manager, you, each with the full address.
- Date and time of activation (UTC).
- The messages signed by your manager and by you, with the full signatures, so you can verify them offline with Sparrow or Electrum (Sign/Verify Message).
- Your declaration “I understand that solo mining may pay me nothing”, with its date.
- The version of the terms you accepted.
Your page
Your page is the Miner page of the agreement with the Fleet panel. It refreshes on its own.
- Agreement: your manager, the split line by line with the addresses, the date of activation and the Fleet servers where the agreement is live.
- Verify the payout now: this button reads the real template of the next block and shows the three outputs in satoshi. A green check appears when they match your agreement.
- Your machines: declared hashrate, measured hashrate over 24 hours and a traffic light. Green: 90% of the declared or more. Yellow: 70% to 90%. Red: below 70%. Each worker shows its last share.
- What to expect: the same box as in the invitation, now on your measured hashrate.
- Blocks: every block of the agreement with status, amounts and txid.
- Reports: CSV and PDF, by period.
- API: the line “Manager API: active since … · last access …” shows when your manager’s key reads your data.
Verify a block yourself
Each block found by your machines can be checked on a public block explorer in a few minutes.
- Open the block on your page, or in the PDF report, and copy the coinbase txid.
- Open the txid on mempool.space or on any explorer.
- Find the output at your address. Its number is the vout listed in your report.
- Compare the satoshi with your report and your percentage with the receipt.
- Check that the outputs add up to the subsidy plus the network fees of the block.
Telegram alerts
The bot is @SoloFuryFleetBot. Use only this name and links that start with t.me/SoloFuryFleetBot.
Activate
- At the end of the invitation, press Activate Telegram alerts (no new signature). Later, you can do it from your page with a new signature of your payout address.
- The page shows the link in clear text and a QR code; the link works once, within 1 hour. Open it and press Start in Telegram.
- The bot confirms “Alerts active” with your masked address, and sends your receipt as a PDF.
What you receive
- Blocks found by your machines, with your part; then mature or orphaned.
- Your machines below the declared hashrate: measured below 70% for over 2 hours, or a worker offline for over 30 minutes. The alert says when your manager received the same alert.
- Changes to the agreement, and its end.
Each message ends with your manager’s name and support contact.
Rules of the bot
- The bot asks you for nothing: no signatures, seeds, links or payments.
/statusshows what is active;/stopdisconnects the chat.- Up to 2 chats per agreement. Your manager sees “connected” or “not connected”, without the chat details.
Your API key (optional)
You can read the data of your agreement from your own tools, such as Grafana or Home Assistant. On your page, press API key for this agreement and sign with your payout address.
- The key is shown once: copy it at once and keep it like a password.
- It reads only your agreement:
/v1/client/me,/v1/blocks,/v1/hashrate. - Send it in the
Authorization: Bearerheader. A key in the URL is refused. - Revoke it from your page with a signature. It stops working when the agreement ends.
curl -s -H "Authorization: Bearer sfk_your_key" https://solofury.com/api-fleet/v1/client/me
Leaving or changing the agreement
The agreement closes when it receives no shares for 7 days on every Fleet server.
- To leave: ask your manager and have the machines disconnected. There are no penalties and no minimum duration on our side.
- To change your share or address: your manager dissolves the agreement and sends a new invitation; you sign again.
- When it ends: the Telegram bot tells you, and your API key stops working. Blocks already found stay in your wallet.
What the numbers say
Your odds depend on your own hashrate, because in Fleet Split a block pays the agreement whose machines found it.
| Your hashrate | At least 1 block in 12 months | In 5 years | Average time per block |
|---|---|---|---|
| 20 TH/s | 0.10% | 0.52% | 957 years |
| 200 TH/s | 1.0% | 5.1% | 96 years |
| 1 PH/s | 5.1% | 23% | 19 years |
| 5 PH/s | 23% | 73% | 3.8 years |
Source: network difficulty 140.58 T, set at block 971,712 on 16 October 2026 (pickaxe.io, phemex.com). Formula: average time = difficulty × 232 ÷ hashrate; chance in a period t = 1 − e−t/T. Your page recalculates these numbers with the current difficulty.
How we work
- Payout in the block. We build the coinbase with three outputs: 1% to us, your manager’s quota, your part. The network creates the bitcoin at those addresses.
- Same rules for everyone. Our fee is 1% for every agreement. The terms are public, with dates and responsibilities.
- Amounts from the chain. Pages, alerts and reports read the on-chain coinbase. If a number differs, the blockchain prevails.
- Support. Your manager is your first contact for machines and hosting. For blocks, agreements and the terms, write to [email protected].
Conclusion
Joining takes one address, one signature and about 5 minutes. From then on, your machines mine solo, and a block they find pays your part straight into your wallet, in the block’s own transaction. Your receipt, your page and your reports let you check every step yourself.
Ready to sign?
Every block your machines find pays 1% to SoloFury, your manager’s quota and the rest to your wallet, in the coinbase. Open the invitation link your manager sent you.
Read the Fleet Split terms →Frequently Asked Questions
Can my manager or SoloFury move my bitcoin?
Your part is an output of the block's coinbase transaction, at your address. It sits in your wallet from the moment the block is found and becomes spendable after 100 confirmations. Only the keys of your wallet can spend it.
How do I know the machines on the agreement are mine?
Your page shows the hashrate your manager declared and the hashrate measured from your machines over 24 hours, with a traffic light and the name of every worker. The machine names are the ones set by your manager.
What happens if a block is orphaned, or the pool stops?
An orphaned block is replaced by another block at the same height and pays nobody. During a pool interruption no mining takes place. In both cases nobody owes anything, and your wallet keeps everything it already holds.
Can I change my share or my payout address after signing?
The split and the addresses are fixed for the life of the agreement. To change them, your manager dissolves the agreement and sends you a new invitation, and you sign again.
How do I leave?
Ask your manager and have the machines disconnected. The agreement closes after 7 days without shares; until then a block found with its credentials still pays according to the agreement. Unanswered requests can go to [email protected].
Who can see my address and my page?
Your page is reachable by link. On your manager's public page your address is masked. Blocks are public on the blockchain, like every Bitcoin transaction.
Can I use an exchange address, or an address starting with 1 or 3?
You need a bc1q or bc1p address from a wallet that can sign messages. Exchange deposit addresses cannot sign. Addresses starting with 1 or 3 are planned with a future software update.
How do I declare the bitcoin I receive?
Your page offers a CSV and PDF report with every block, the coinbase txid, your output in satoshi and reference BTC prices in USD and EUR at the block and at maturity. Tax rules depend on your country: check them with a tax advisor.
