Worker difficulty
DIFF is the difficulty the pool is currently assigning to your worker. The pool adjusts it automatically over time (vardiff) so the miner submits approximately 1 share every 10 seconds.
SUGG is the mathematically optimal value computed from your current hashrate, using the formula: hashrate Γ 10 / 2Β³Β².
If you want to force the difficulty manually on your miner (e.g. you set password=d=NUMBER with a wrong value), try using the SUGG value at your next connect.
